We have been instructed by our Client to consider the feasibility of converting an existing retail area into a new Waitrose shop.

Our works have included the structural review of new service voids and stair cores. We have also explored with the Architect the possibility of installing a new travelator to create a direct link from the car parks to the retail areas.
