Converting two retail units into one in a row of retail units at The Cut, Southwark, London.

Our works included a structural appraisal on the existing structure to ensure that divisional walls between the two existing retail units could be removed. We also reviewed the removal of ground floor suspended slabs so that new staircases could be installed into the basement areas.
