This refurbishment project included the complex analysis of an existing roof structure to accommodate a new sliding glass roof.
In addition, a single storey studio was built partly into the ground. This brought a challenging use of ground retaining techniques, to support the surrounding garden walls whilst maintaining the stability of the new structure.
