A new contemporary two storey rear extension to replace the existing rear extension.

The extension includes a feature staircase, glass balustrades and glass floors. Other works included significant internal refurbishment to the main Victorian terrace house and lowering of the garden with new reinforced retaining walls around its perimeter.
