A small complex two storey house cut into a rear garden on a steep hill in Crouch End in North London. Reinforced concrete cantilevered retaining walls have been installed on three sides of the property.

On the fourth side the structure is to be built off of new strip foundations installed behind an existing retaining wall.

From first floor to roof level the house was formed in ply lined timber which in turn acted as diaphragms.
