We have been instructed by our Client to prepare a structural feasibility report on the feasibility of their proposed refurbishment/extensions works to their multi storey concrete framed structure.

The current proposal allows for the provision of an additional storey of hotel occupancy on top of the existing structure and allows for the conversion of the existing top three stories of structure into hotel occupancy.
