As part of our Client's corporate finance refurbishment works we have been asked to provide the structural analysis of a new circular void in the floor plate of a multi storey concrete framed building in London's central financial district.

With the use of finite element design packages we have proved that the existing concrete flat slab has sufficient capacity to enable a new void to be cut without the use of any additional trimming supports.
