Cross Street (project completed)

Symmetrys have just been appointed to carry out a refurbishment and conversion of a Victorian Frame factory in Islington, London. The building comprises a five storey traditional late Victorian structure at the end of a terrace of similar buildings. The proposed works will include the removal of floor plates to create double height spaces, the installation of a feature staircase, the installation of a new lift and the creation of a new accessible heavily planted roof terrace.
